Breathwork is a guided practice using Conscious Connected Breathing to gently open and release physical, emotional, and energetic tension held in the body. It can help you access deeper states of awareness, clarity, and regulation, allowing for integration and healing on many levels. It isn’t about forcing an outcome but listening deeply to your inner wisdom and letting the breath and the body guide you.

Each session begins with a short conversation to check in with where you are and what you’re noticing in your body and life. You’ll then be guided through a 45–60 minute breath journey, supported with intuitive somatic guidance, sound, and integration time at the end.

No experience is needed. You’ll be guided every step of the way. Each breathwork journey and somatic inquiry session is unique, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, following the bodies cues.

The horses bring a profound layer of presence and co-regulation to the work. Their sensitivity to energy and emotion helps mirror and support your process in ways that words can’t. No horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved.

Somatic Inquiry is a 1:1 process of slowing down and bringing gentle awareness to sensations, emotions, and patterns held in the body. Through presence, curiosity, and guidance, we explore what’s underneath the mind’s stories—allowing what’s ready to unwind to do so naturally.

Yes. This work is grounded in trauma-sensitive principles. You’ll be supported to stay within your window of tolerance and to honour your own pace, body and experiences throughout every session. This isn’t about fixing but listening and meeting what is right there, without making it right or wrong.
