Hi, I'm
I'm a breathwork and somatic facilitator, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitator, wife, mother, and firm believer that healing can be deep without being heavy.
I help women come home to their bodies, to trust their instincts again, to soften, and to feel safe being fully themselves. My work weaves together breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation and somatic inquiry and whenever possible, I love to bring in the land and our beautiful animal companions, the horses.
My journey into this work began the first time I experienced breathwork with my mentor. She was the first person who held space the way horses do, with pure presence and no agenda. That session cracked something open in me; it was the invitation I’d been waiting for to truly meet myself and my body.
Before this, I spent 14 years as an EAL Facilitator, supporting people from all walks of life. Horses taught me what it means to meet another being exactly as they are — without judgement or expectation. I worked with people navigating trauma, grief, addiction, and loss, and through them I learned how resilient we really are, and how easy it is to lose ourselves while caring for everyone else. The horses modelled what unconditional presence looks like. They became my greatest teachers in love, attunement, and truth.
I’ve always been a seeker. My own healing journey deepened through profound loss — the passing of my nephew and my best friend. Their deaths cracked me open and taught me how precious and fleeting life is. They also taught me that unprocessed emotion lives in the body, and that real healing isn’t about fixing — it’s about meeting ourselves tenderly, holding the parts that once protected us, and remembering that all versions of us make sense. Laughter, tears, presence, and breath are all medicine — especially when witnessed by someone who meets you like a horse does: not to fix, but to be with what is.
Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers. Being a wife and mother to two amazing young men continues to shape how I hold space — with patience, humility, and accountability. As I do my own healing, I see how it ripples through my family in profound ways. It’s never too late to show up for ourselves; doing so strengthens, rather than threatens, the bonds we love most.
Now living in Kelowna, BC (though still proudly Aussie!), I hold group circles, private sessions, and—whenever possible—sessions with horses. Clients often describe my facilitation as calm, grounded, and real — a balance of depth and lightness that meets each person exactly where they are. My role isn’t to fix you; it’s to hold you in presence and love until you can hold and love yourself again.
When I’m not facilitating, you’ll find me outside with my family, friends, and my gorgeous rescue dog, Ellie — seeking connection, laughter, and meaning in the everyday. Just like horses, our herd is vital to our sense of safety and belonging, and nurturing mine is a top priority. I’m also a writer and lover of simple ceremony — marking transitions and moments of truth through ritual and reflection, connecting more deeply to land, body, and spirit.
I love calling Kelowna home — exploring the lakes, beaches, and mountains, soaking up the beauty of the Okanagan, and enjoying the amazing trails, people, and restaurants that make this place so special.
I would be honoured to walk beside you as you reconnect with the incredible, wise, beautiful soul that you are — helping you build your capacity to ride the waves of life, to love and honour yourself, and to meet every part of you with compassion.
